These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", or "User") and joa99 ("we", "us", or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the joa99 website, mobile platform, and all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, and services (collectively the "Platform"). By registering an account on joa99 or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and joa99. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules applicable to a specific game or promotion, the specific rules of that game or promotion shall prevail. joa99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account": the registered account held by a Member on the joa99 Platform, used to access services, deposit funds, and place bets or play games.
• "Bonus": any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback amount, or reload offer credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements as set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC": Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by joa99 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "Real Money Balance": funds deposited by a Member and credited to their Account, exclusive of any Bonus amounts, which may be withdrawn subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement": the total amount a Member must wager using a Bonus before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the joa99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. joa99 operates a strict 21+ policy and will require age verification documentation upon request.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be currently subject to self-exclusion from gambling services, whether imposed voluntarily through joa99's Responsible Gaming tools or through any other mechanism.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number in your own name, which will serve as your primary account identifier and the destination for OTP verification messages.

joa99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed. Any Real Money Balance in an ineligible Account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; Bonus balances will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the joa99 Platform, you must first complete the registration process by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number, creating a secure password, and confirming your acceptance of these Terms. Each individual may hold only one Account. joa99 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations; any duplicates detected will result in closure of the secondary account and may result in review of the primary account.

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify joa99 support immediately. joa99 will not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of account sharing or failure to secure account credentials.

Account Closure by Member

• You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting joa99 customer support. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance must be withdrawn through a verified payment method.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited automatically upon account closure.
• Accounts closed under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme may be subject to a cooling-off period before any withdrawal requests are processed.
• Re-registration after voluntary self-exclusion is not permitted during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts will result in permanent platform-wide bans.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on joa99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joa99 does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees per their terms.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are credited to your Account instantly in normal circumstances.
• joa99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Supported methods are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined or subject to additional verification. joa99 reserves the right to return funds to their source if the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• KYC-verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 1 to 3 hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Accounts pending KYC verification may experience longer processing times.
• joa99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks may require submission of additional documentation.
• Winnings generated solely from Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

joa99 does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the registered Member's own name. Any funds received from third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

joa99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• The standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new members on their first deposit only. A Member who has previously held a joa99 Account under any name, mobile number, or payment method is not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time. If a Member deposits while a bonus is active, the new deposit will be credited as Real Money Balance without triggering any additional bonus unless the existing bonus has expired or been forfeited.
• joa99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that withdrawal or modification does not retrospectively affect bonuses already credited to a Member's Account.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts, are not redeemable for cash other than through the applicable wagering requirement pathway, and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless explicitly permitted.

joa99 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonuses without genuine play risk, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Where abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the Account may be suspended.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on joa99 are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in question as displayed within the Platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity on joa99:

• Bets are final once confirmed. joa99 does not permit cancellation or amendment of confirmed bets except in cases of manifest system error, in which case joa99 will void the affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Account.
• Live betting markets (in-play markets) open and close in real time according to match events. joa99 accepts no responsibility for bets placed after a market has closed or for bets placed on a market that was suspended at the time of placement due to a technical delay at the Member's end.
• All slot, live casino, crash game, and virtual sports results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer dealing. Results are final and not subject to appeal except where a demonstrable technical fault affected the outcome.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or betting markets. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be displayed within the game or market interface prior to play. Wins above the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum regardless of the mathematical outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on joa99. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension of your Account pending investigation and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• 1Registering more than one Account, or assisting any third party in registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• 2Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any game or betting market in a manner not permitted by normal user interaction.
• 3Colluding with other Members or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event on which betting markets are available.
• 4Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• 5Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, including taking advantage of erroneously displayed odds, incorrect game outcomes, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.

joa99 monitors all Account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, joa99 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of suspected misconduct, to withhold any related winnings pending investigation, and to permanently close the Account without liability.

8. KYC Identity Verification

joa99 is committed to operating a safe, fair, and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, joa99 requires all Members to complete a KYC identity verification process before processing withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 or at any time joa99 deems it necessary to verify a Member's identity, age, or payment method ownership.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation. All documents must be current, legible, and submitted in image format via the Account verification section of the Platform:

• Government-issued photo identification — National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Birth Certificate confirming your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used — a screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket app showing your registered mobile number, or bank statement showing your name and account number for bank transfer methods.
• Selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID — this step is required for withdrawals above ৳50,000 and for any account where joa99's risk assessment determines enhanced verification is warranted.

9. Responsible Gaming

joa99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. joa99 operates a strict 21+ age policy. If you are under 21 years of age you must not attempt to register or use the Platform. joa99 employs age verification procedures and will permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age.

Members may request deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion at any time by contacting joa99 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period chosen. joa99 encourages any Member who feels that gambling is causing harm to use these tools without hesitation and to seek support. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joa99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. joa99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the liability arises.

joa99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and events outside joa99's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, or natural disasters) may cause service interruptions for which joa99 accepts no liability beyond restoring service as promptly as reasonably practicable.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the joa99 Platform, including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphic design, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of joa99 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of joa99.

12. Amendments to These Terms

joa99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, joa99 will provide reasonable notice of the change by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on your Account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any Real Money Balance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to joa99's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between a Member and joa99, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through joa99's internal customer support process. If the matter is not resolved through internal escalation within fourteen (14) days, the parties may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
